Dr. Bevilacqua, a Buffalo native, completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Buffalo and received his MD. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Buffalo and was awarded the Worthington B. Schenk Resident Teacher of the Year in 2012. He completed his vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Chicago. When he isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, cooking, traveling, and golfing.
Why he chose vascular surgery
“I love to take care of patients who need the most care. Being able to see patients with every type of vascular disease brings a lot of joy. The technical challenges of the fine work we do and keeping our hands on cutting-edge technology is very satisfying.”
Why he chose Buffalo:
“Our practice allows us to be in close contact with so many people who grew up and are living similarly. Meeting so many Western New Yorkers and hearing their stories daily is incredibly rewarding.”
